Nightfall macOS Agent: How to Add the Nightfall Chrome ExtensionSettings to an Existing Non-Nightfall Profile

Purpose

To add the Nightfall Chrome ExtensionSettings of the "with_browser_extensions" mobileconfig to an already existing profile that is deployed by the customer

Environment

Operating System: macOS

Resolution

This can prove useful when a company has deployed another profile that controls the Chrome browser ExtensionSettings and it clashes with Nightfall's Profile thereby preventing connectivity of the extension. Adding the Nightfall ExtensionSettings within the currently present profile will allow the Nightfall extension to connect.

Add the following ExtensionSettings anywhere within the <array> brackets:
