Nightfall Console: How to Invite an Admin to a Nightfall Tenant when SSO is Activated

Purpose

To know the process of how to invite another administrator to a Nightfall tenant when SSO is already set up and in-use

Environment

Nightfall Web Console: All Versions

Resolution

Nightfall Administrator

1. Log into the Nightfall tenant

2. Navigate to Account > Settings > Users & Roles

3. Click the + Invite User button

4. Add a Name, Email Address, and Role

5. Click the Invite button

Invited User

NOTE: There is no need for the invited user to accept the invitation. In fact, attempting to accept the invitation will not work.

1. Log into your IdP

2. Log into Nightfall via SSO

This guide requires SSO to have already been set up by Nightfall Support.
